The Fiscal Year 2009 contracts data is now available as dashboards on the FPDS-NG project site. These dashboards are categorized by the TOP 5 by dollar values in departments, place of performance, vendors, vendor socio economics and trends. These dashboards have the drill down feature to list the obligations at the county level and trend analysis for each Small Business Vendor Socio Economic Category.

By clicking on the FY2009 tab will display the following Fiscal Year 2009 dashboards

1) The All States dashboards displays the distribution of the funds across the country.
Clicking on one of the states will display the funds distribution in the state by county. The Place of Performance of the contract is used to derive the Geo Spatial information of the federally obligated dollars. Upon clicking on a county, a detail list of obligations for the county is displayed.

The detail list of obligations at the county level provides a summary view of each of the contract. Users also have an ability to view the full     details of the contract submitted to FPDS-NG. The detail list also provides 4 major TOP 10 classifications of these contracts, which are by Federal Department, by Contracting Agency , by Vendors, and by Treasure Account Symbol. The users also have ability to sort the data by all the data elements displayed in the summary view.

2) Departments dashboard displays the Top 5 Departments by Dollars Obligated

3) Small Business dashboard displays the distribution of the funds by Vendor Socio economic categories.

4) Top 5 states dashboard displays the Top 5 Departments by Dollars Obligated

5) Set Aside dashboard displays the top 5 set aside  by Dollars Obligated

6) Vendor dashboard displays the top 5 vendors by Dollars Obligated

7) Trend dashboard displays the trend of obligations from 01-OCT-2008 to 30-SEP-2009

The dashboards displayed include the DoD data which is not delayed.
